Mon… Tuesday Update!
Added 2021-07-20 12:47:33 +0000 UTCWell, we both hope that you had a lot of fun with The Salon: Domestic Bliss, but I’m (yes, singular!) really happy with how it turned out as a short window into our alternative timeline. Daphne did a great job with that piece, especially with the warm tones she kept from the original, and her drawing of our lady of luxury setting up the fate of some other poor/lucky fool. I always find it more fun to leave things a little open ended with a possible return to the setting, but it also works well as a self-contained two-parter.
For the next week we’ll be a little quieter than usual. Daphne has put a lot of effort in over these last three or four months, and is currently up a mountain*, being zen like with her adopted cat sitting on her head, batting away at her. So for a little while you’re stuck with me. The power! THE POWER! Mwahahahahaha! Honestly, I should never be left alone with any forms of power: It brings out the inner dictator and a sense of mischief a mile wide**.
I’m thinking maybe a dive into the Glitch universe is in order, and I’ve got at least one slice of writing for you guys to explore.
