With the upcoming Toddler's patch, I thought I'd celebrate with a cute family activity. ^_^

Look no further than Sumba! A high-energy workout that combines the best of fitness and dance(future) for the whole family!"

Under 'Activities and Skills > Active / Outdoors', find two mats:

Sumba Fitness Workout Instructor Mat
Sumba Fitness Workout Mat

Search terms 'MF' or 'Sumba Fitness'.

At lower levels, sims can only use the Workout Mat to do solo Sumba routines.

Fitness Requirements

Family Fun Sumba - All Levels

Prep & Pump Sumba - Level 2+

PowerSculpt Sumba - Level 4+

**Children can do all workouts.**

Workouts will cycle through a mix of modified in-game and custom animations: -

Stretches
Twists
Push ups
Sit ups
Hops
On-the-spot Jog
Air Squats
Piston squats
Bicycle crunches
Jumping Jacks
Burpees

These workouts count towards Physical Aspiration, Fitness skill and Energetic lifestyle.

(Pic: Doing Sumba counts as a workout and will add to total hours and gym venue.)

Sumba Classes

Reach Level 6 Fitness to unlock teaching Sumba Classes or hire an instructor. Sims get $110 per sim so long as participants are not in active household.

Arrange the workout mats within the vicinity of the instructor mat. If no mats are prepared, sims will place a temporary one which can be cleaned up. Leaving sims to have full autonomy to position mats will lead to interesting layouts.

**Kids can teach Sumba Classes too.
