Nier Automata - Rion and Dimos - FINISHED

WIP 1: Hey guys! I bring a new piece! It's Nier Automate art, namely Rion and Dimos! I was commissioned by childishgamzeno on Twitter, the VA for this game, so here is what i have done so far!

The composition was really difficult to settle on, but I think I finally have something that I'm happy with! I couldn't do much with the 11x17 frame, but it is what it is!

What are your thoughts so far?

WIP 2: So I went through a lot with this piece until finally settling on this. The pose was changed, Dimos was added in the background, the jacket was changed... sooooo much. It was very difficult, and I did need to throw it into critique groups to get it where it is now, but I'm satisfied with it now.

WIP 3: So I started slapping on colours! It's not often that I work with cold colours, so this is a lot of fun! My arm hurts from all of this haha

WIP 4: Dimos and most of the background has been finished! Just need to finish the small amount of background then finish Rion! <3

WIP 5: We are so clooooose. Rion is pretty much done, just need to paint the left side of his coat, the top of his trident, and the left hand, then the feathers and we're finished!

FINISHED: WOOOOOOOO I DID IT!!!! I hope Zeno loves it, keep an eye out on his Twitter, he's sure to make prints out of it! I tried to take leaves out of Loish's book on how to render and do compositions and ribbons, so I hope it wooooorked!!!
