Fraldarius Family Portrait - Felix/Annette or Dorothea WIP 8
Added 2022-05-03 14:48:17 +0000 UTCWIP 1: I’ve missed drawing him so much but you guys I am so bad at character design the outfit looks like a mess and what’s more is I have to draw OCs and come up with OC designs.
Anyways I really missed drawing Felix and so I’m so excited to see this finished. Atm there isn’t a whole lot, just vague character silhouettes abs some Felix, but we’re hacking away at it!
Never expected to see Felix smiling did you?
WIP 2: We’ve started lining and we’ve gotten everyone drawn in! We’re getting closer to the painting stage! I hope I made Felix look handsome haha I was struggling with his face and my style.
WIP 3: I decided to keep the kids the same because 1) less work and 2) they’re attached to Felix the same way kids are attached to their mothers/fathers in Fire Emblem Awakening and Fates.
This piece was really hard to do, and in the end I ended up fudging a lot of details, namely he draping fabric and whatnot. I also changed Felix’s posture, which I’m still not sure how it looks.
Hope you guys love it at least.
WIP 4; So I’m slowly getting the hang of Procreate. The colouring options aren’t as intuitive as Photoshop, and they take some time to get used to, but I think I’m slowly getting something I’m used to and achieving my normal ‘quality’ of work. It’s not easy, but I’m making progress.
WIP 5: yall idk what im even doing with these colours anymore lmao im sleept
WIP 6; Felix finished! Now on to the rest.
WIP 7: Eldest kid done, on to the middle child! This is so much work you guys I’m exhausted lol xD
WIP 8; this is definitely one of the most hefty art pieces I’ve ever done, I feel like I’m at my wits end but I’m very close… sort of. Just the baby left, Annette/Dorothea’s heads, and the background and I’ll be freeeee
