The waist is available in both Bibo/YAB sizes and Bimbo sizes for both the top and bottom.
Replaces the High House Bustle, Breeches and Dress Boots. Empyrean Necklace and Ring (L&R)
The set has multiple visibility and dyable options such as sleeveless top, hiding the vest, dying using a lighter or darker colorset and more. The flowered belt is worn on the Empyrean Ring, and the overskirt can be worn separate with other sets by equipping the Empyrean Bracelet.
This took a long time to make, having gone through a number of reattempts to get the right feel. I'm happy with the final result and hope you enjoy it!
