This month continues the Stable Block and focuses on giving you more flexibility for shaping the exterior. I’ve always enjoyed working on architectural details, and this part leans fully into that.
This set introduces a new system of stable windows, available as metal frames or in the stable colour palette introduced last month. Each unit can stand alone or snap into extended runs, allowing anything from a small outbuilding to a full courtyard façade. Matching stone surrounds—frames, sills, and pediments—are modular as well, so you can compose your own profiles rather than rely on fixed shapes.
A fully modular pilaster system complements the windows. It includes bases, shafts, pedestals, and three capital types: Tuscan, Ionic, and Corinthian. All pieces come in straight-wall and corner versions. They’re sized for two-storey façades but scale down neatly while keeping the snapping points intact.
For additional architectural detail, Part 15 adds a horse bas-relief panel, a simple wall niche, and a gable clock designed for stable or manor rooflines. These work with both the stone palette and the new modular elements.
The roofline is extended with a cupola, a roof-only cupola, a smaller dormer, a new frieze, a half-wall trim, and a matching roof trim. All exterior pieces use the 20-stone Estate palette for seamless integration with earlier parts.
For builders who like precise layouts: enable bb.moveobjects and use Ctrl + F5 for quarter-tile placement. The new modules are designed to benefit from fine adjustments, especially when composing larger façades.
With the exterior now complete, next month I’ll finally move on to the actual horse-related items. Thank you so much for all your support!
