Major Update - The Back on Track Initiative

Hello everyone.

This update will be broken into multiple parts. I'd like to address what's been going on since February and how I plan on proceeding from here.

Why have the updates been so slow?

I was in a relationship that ended abruptly recently. While I was in this relationship, I was working on a large story for my partner. This story consumed nearly all of my writing time, leaving me with minimal time for working on Patreon updates. Because the relationship has ended, I can get back to focusing on Patreon updates.

What's next?

The Back on Track Initiative (BOTI) is what comes next. It's just a fancy way for me to say that I'm going to be working on getting my Patreon into the state that I wanted it to be in post-January. I want to write good stories/chapters and publish them here on a consistent, weekly basis. I want to see if I can make the S1-S2 system work. If it doesn't, I'll adapt like before.

First step

The first step of BOTI is clearing my backlog. I have a large backlog of S1 stories that I need to get through as quickly as possible. As such, I'm going to make some (probably) temporary changes to the Patreon to facilitate completing these stories as quickly as possible.

• Sheep 1 will be the only tier starting next weekend (6/19) - all other tiers will be deleted (probably) temporarily 
• Sheep 1 price will not change
• Sheep 1 will have access to both S1F and S2F
• S2F updates will be suspended starting two weeks from now (last update before suspension will be on 6/26)
• Only the S1 folder will be updated until my backlog is cleared and I feel that I can work on the S2 folder again

Feel free to switch over to Sheep 1 whenever you want before the other tiers are deleted next weekend.

Second step

The second step - sometime after the backlog is cleared - is trying to implement the original S1-S2 plan that I've wanted to do since January. 

The plan is to provide substantial updates to both folders on a biweekly basis. Basically, the way I had it going before, but with bigger, better updates that don't feel like crumbs.

Closing thoughts

My current plans may end up deviating from what I've laid out in this update. For example, I may find that having a single tier works better for everyone, which may lead me to eliminating Sheep 2 and Sheep 3 for good. However, I'd like to at least attempt the S1-S2 plan now that I have the space I need to do so.

Regardless, I'll right this ship eventually.
