Update v0.3 is about 60% done

still need to create around 100 renders and after that we can start implementing the stuff into the game.
Here is the changelog for v0.3:
- added ~300 renders
- added 1 animation
- added a small minigame (more like a test run)
- added new renders to the special gallery
- converted all PNGs to WEBPs to reduce overall game size
