[Windows 11]π§ Framework Hub Update - Sensor Improvements & Bug Fixes
Added 2024-12-31 12:26:16 +0000 UTCI'm excited to share the latest improvements to the Framework Hub! This update brings several important enhancements to the sensor monitoring system and fixes some key issues:
π Major Changes:
- Completely reworked the sensor monitoring system to use direct readings from sensors.json
- Added proper support for both Framework 13" AMD and 16" AMD models with accurate sensor mappings
- Fixed the 120Hz refresh rate button text display issue for Framework Laptop 13 users
- Implemented model-specific sensor configurations for better accuracy
π‘οΈ Temperature & Performance Monitoring:
- Framework 13" AMD (7840U):
- Accurate CPU temperature readings from "Core (Tctl/Tdie)"
- Proper iGPU (Radeon 780M) monitoring
- Correct RAM usage tracking
- Framework 16" AMD:
- Full support for both iGPU and dGPU monitoring
- Enhanced temperature tracking for all components
- Proper sensor mapping for the 7840HS processor
