As always with new merch designs they are rewarded after 3 consecutive pledges to their relevant tiers! But if you are already in the middle of pledging towards the previous 'The Fine Print' design you will still receive that design after 3 pledges, then begin pledging for this design the following month should you choose to stick with the tier. I hope that makes sense! I always feel like I'm explaining that part awkwardly...
