The day they first announced Evil Genius 2 way back in 2019 I had already written a bunch of notes. I just KNEW I'd do a song. The original game meant so much to me and I still play it now and then.

I had no idea Rebellion, the publishers of the sequel, would reach out to me to officially sponsor me! I have strict rules on what sort of content I'll take sponsorships for, a game has to feel right on the channel and make sense as a Stupendium song. This may be my first full sponsored project but there have been several others I have turned down in the past because they weren't right for the channel.

Evil Genius 2 could not BE more right. I don't think it would surprise anyone if I said that 'bad man at desk' was very much my thing.
Hopefully it shows but the sponsorship allowed me to really go crazy with the video and do things I'd not been able to like custom building set pieces, hiring a lighting technician and dressing the set in far more detail than anything I'd done before. I won't talk in too much detail about it here because in the coming week I'll make a dedicated post about the set build!

So for now, enjoy the song! A lot of those notes I wrote way back in 2019 made it into the final version. ;)
