I'm glad the referee had the balls to call for the bell after the clear as day 10 count. Sure it made things a little awkward since people had to think on-the-fly on what to do next, but this show needed something to get people interested and this makes things interesting. When referees stop counting then it just acknowledges that it's fake. No one needs to see that. Imagine your favorite movie and the lead actor trips and they decide to leave that in, that would be horrible and no one needs to see it. Referees are really important keeping the immersion because they are basically the fans at home watching and making sure things are going as planned. Those with "the eye" will recognize when something goes wrong, they need to call an audible, etc. Good stuff tonight.
