I decided to make the comic about these two because people seemed to enjoy them in the last art I made with them:
Have I already made characters with these names? I'm terrible at remembering names as well as coming up with them, lol.
Also, Ben grew up in a really conservative household and is still unlearning a lot of the things he was taught growing up, which may contextualize some of his behavior in this comic a little more.

There are plenty of cis-men who do so without being trans, just like there are many straight guys who can dress and act like women, but it's play, not an identity. Besides, as of now, there is way too little information to draw any conclusions.
