February 2025 - Patreon/Channel Update

Hey, y’all! I hope you’ve all been doing well.

So, first off, I know it's been… a while. And I just want to start off by apologizing for taking so long to post another video. But, in an attempt to try and make it up to y’all, I’m dropping two new videos today; both of which should already be up on the page if you’re reading this. Actually, it’s kinda three, because I went ahead and re-edited the entire video for Part 04 of Code Geass (it’ll make sense when you see it). 

As far as why I haven’t been posting — well, it’s a few things.

First, I actually moved cross-country, and that whole process took way more time and energy than I expected. Then, the holidays came around, and with everything going on, I just didn’t have the time to sit down and work on videos the way I wanted to. And, on top of all that, my role at my job changed — so that’s been another thing that’s been pulling my focus. So, with all of that – and the fact that I edited two of these videos by myself – it’s just been a lot. 

The good thing, however, is that in addition to the two new videos I put out today, I also intend on having two videos for you next month – one of which is actually going to be something new that’s not like the content I’ve been putting out. It’s related, but it’s… different. The really good thing about it is that this new series is both easier to write and edit – like, since I’ve been gone I’ve already written 5 full scripts for the new series and recorded the audio for one of them, which I’ll start editing next week. 

So, yeah – even with the longform content taking such a long time to complete (given ~50 minutes seems to be the minimum length these days), you’ll still have more consistent content coming your way in the months to come. 

Also, as far as when Death Note Part 29 will hit YouTube -- it should be posted tomorrow morning! I recorded the outro, I just need to edit it, export it, and then do a final watch through, which I should have done by end of day today so that I can then post it tomorrow.

But, with all that said, I hope y’all enjoy the two new videos – as well as the new format I’m using – and keep an eye out for another two videos next month!
