Hey everyone!
I’ve been keeping an eye on the Akari poll results this past week, and I have to admit, I was pretty surprised.

Honestly, I didn’t think Akari was all that popular. I had seen a few negative comments about her appearance before, so I assumed most people weren’t really into her. That’s actually the reason I created the poll in the first place. I was thinking about changing her look.

I expected the majority of votes to be in favor of a redesign. But to my surprise, a lot of you actually like her current design. That reaction really caught me off guard.

After thinking it over for a week, I realized I couldn’t ignore the people who supported the original version of Akari. I also remembered a comment from NFinity, which made a lot of sense and stuck with me.

Here’s what I’ve decided. We’re going to keep Akari just the way she is. Instead, the design I originally planned to use as a replacement will now appear as a new character in New Family.

I understand it might feel a bit strange that I’m not going strictly by the poll results. Since the votes were pretty evenly split, I wanted to find a compromise that respects both sides. I hope you all understand.
