It’s a banging movie man, I’ve watched it countless times and watched almost everyone’s reaction to it here on YouTube but I’m missing you and Hannah! Dying to see you guys talk about the “3 shells” and the futuristic “daddy chill” moments 😂 It has real explosions, cheesy 90’s one liners, comedy, and ACTION! There are objective standards as well as subjective standards. I love the original DEATH RACE 2000 from the 1970s….. but would never consider it an A or B Sci Fi film. Given the limited time Ash has to record and later to edit these reactions for Patreon on YouTube, and how much effort goes into his work, I just wish, like he has in the past, he would pick better films. They can be funny, silly, scary, or any kind of genre, but in each genre, there are quality films and lesser films. I think they’re the best reactors on YouTube so why not use that talent to react to some of the best movies ever made?

How about starting there. There’s a reason why the Godfather is considered one of the greatest films ever made. I really enjoy Constantine, X-Men. The last stand in American pie is fun. But they’re not at the level of the Godfather or Rocky. One of the reasons why you have so many fans is becausewe like movies and you appreciate good filmmaking in addition to just fun movies. It’s wonderful to watch you critique, with a critical eye, fine films because you have the skill to do it. Please reconsider your choices.

Jurassic 2 is the worst of the first 3 (everything after that is just complete trash, through no fault of Chris Pratt). How to Train your Dragon is also pretty good. School of Rock and American Pie are classics but not much rewatch potential imo
