That is to say: stuffing herself full is literally orgasmic to her. She loves the feeling of her stomach being stretched from its contents, but since she loves going to concerts and being able to dance around, she's decided that her goal is to be as fat as possible without being immobile. She's found more than a few highly willing assistants in this endeavor, and has put on around 100lbs since she first started gaining (which was roughly a year prior to this shot).
