Good afternoon moon babes! Today I wanted to share a kitchen witchcraft recipe for self love tea that I have been loving! My spirits have been telling me to relax and spend more time on myself and mental health recently ( I didnβt listen for a while and am getting WARNINGS lol. )
You guys know row drill, add any herbs you resonate with / subtract any that you donβt! If youβd like to add a prayer / chant do it while you are stirring your sweeter into your tea!
Rose- love, healing, divination, protection of emotions and heart, great for your skin as well!
Hibiscus- Sensuality, love, divination
Lavender- Reduces anxiety, purification, harmony, peace.
Cinnamon- Protection, power, success, protection, and healing!
Calendula- Healing of heart, promote emotional healing, negative self talk,
Honey- To sweeten your thoughts about yourself.
I am about to make another cup of this right now! Remember to activate every herb for the purpose and intention you are wising to gain before placing it into your tea, and infuse as much energy into this as youβd like!
Keep a rose quartz, amethyst, citrine, sunstone, rhodonite, bloodstone, ruby, moss agate, or lapis lazuli, near where you are working to boost this working!
