Hang On Your Every Word Recipe - Lip Scrub 

Craft this scrub on a Friday and enjoy it on any day of the week.

Good afternoon yall! I hope your week is going well and we are all spending time doing some self care and introspection, now that we have that out of the way I wanted to share a lip scrub recipe, herbal blend, and spell I love to have them ‘Hanging on your every word.’ This was one of the spells set to go up during Samhain so im excited to finally share her! Let me know how you like it if you try it out, I always love body care spells.

Items Needed:

-Sugar

-Honey

-Sweet almond oil

-grinder/ mortar and pestle.

-Safflower

-Passionflower

-Rose

-Catnip

-Cardamom seed

-Bell

-Rose Water culinary grade

-Bowl to combine everything in

-Carnelian stone 

-Small 

Recipe:

-1tbs brown sugar

-1 teaspoon honey

-1 teaspoon sweet almond oil

-A pinch of the herbal blend

How To Cast:

Cleanse your space, you want to spiritually cleanse your home and tools prior to making and spelling this lip scrub. (This can stay room temp and on the counter) on the things needed above I said bells because for this spell I really prefer to cleanse my space before hand with bells and also use them between every step of this spell. Go around yout home from back to front ringing the bell or playing cleaning frequencies on your phone or speakers if you do not have bells or incense.

Cleanse your hands and tools with the rose water, prepping your lips with the rose water before you scrub them - you can find culinary grade rose water online, I find mine at the Pearsain store. Once your space, hands, and tools have been cleansed gather your herbs, bowl, and grinder to your altar and while gathering one herb at a time, praying over each herb with the specific intent / person / target in mind. Bring every herb to your lips to speak your words, will and prayer over them before adding them into your bowl. 

You want to do this to all of the herbs from above, ringing the bell in between each step, then place the carnelian stone in the center of your bowl and begin mixing it with your clean hands. You will still be working with dried herbs at this time, and as you mix and combine the herbs pray over them the spell below. 

SPELL:

 Goddess, gods, spirit guides please hear my prayers (you can put any deities)

May – Hang on my every word that slips through my lips,

They will yearn for my voice, my attention, and affections.

— Finds themself fixated by me, allured by my ebery word

May they Pine, ache, and seek out my aura and words. 

May they be fuled by desire for me in every way

Shamelessly awaiting my every word, every syllable and sound I mutter.

My voice like silk, pure honey waiting to be devoured.

May this spell not turn on me and harm no one so mote it be.

Once you have spelled the herbal blend you can transfer the herbal blend into your grinder and grind to a fine powder. Remove the carnelian before you grind your herbs together. You are going to want to take a pinch or few pinches of this herbal blend and combine it with all of your wet ingredients, stirring until everything is combined thoroughly. 

Leave this to charge on your altar for at least 12 hours before use and enjoy!
