Fading Ties

It's finally out, the continuation to Queen of the Night.
Thank you for bearing with me as I worked on this book. This concludes the trilogy of this series.
While this storyline was originally supposed to be 2 books long, the story went off the rails throughout the second book and I have to conclude it by making a third one, which is a problem because other drawing ideas and real life matters continuously push it to the backburner.
I’ve learned to know my limits and plan better should I decide to start on a new project, but as I worked on this book, I feel bad for these characters and what they went through, which is why this book was taking a long long time for me to pick up and finish. As such, the story was slightly reworked.
Not helping is that throughout 2020 and 2021, I felt trapped due to real life pressures getting to me, leaving me set back a few years while everyone else is already far ahead. In short, I wish I could be doing something else instead. That said, if you’re enjoying this book, feel free to. If not, pretend it doesn’t exist.
In regards to this Patreon, I’m not sure if I should keep it around or not, but that will have to wait for another time.

Oh...while I love your art I'm not a big fan of NTR. I'll think I'll stay away from this one. I'm sorry. As for your Patreon I've been a fan of yours all the way back in Tumblr and so wherever you go I'll be sure to follow once more (I just refound you again)

2022-01-06 18:27:14 +0000 UTCPlease keep your Patreon up! I can't speak for others, but I'm just here to support you on whatever you tackle and this makes for a great tip box, especially when you're asking for so little for such quality art. Your ladies are too luscious!

2022-01-06 17:23:29 +0000 UTCI can't comment much since I'm not a real fan of the Fire Emblem Series. The Waifus are good though. For the future of this Patreon, I think you should use an an alternative avenue to release your content. I follow some creators who also have Discord. They are much more active on Discord than Pateon. They post the public photos on Discord and then release the monthly artwork as a zip file on Patreon. I think you should do something like that.

2022-01-06 15:56:39 +0000 UTCI know it was a struggle because of the genre conventions can be quite harsh, plus the factors you mentioned above, but it was a good read and I'm glad it worked out to an ending that gives the story a sense of closure. ---- Your art and writing both have improved in leaps and bounds throughout these almost 3 years that I've been following your work, and I hope that you continue drawing and writing, and also remember to take care of yourself health-wise. ---- I am aware that bittersweet/downer endings can be quite taxing and not for everyone, but honestly? I think people miss out that not everything in fiction has to be about feel-good/escapism. Sometimes you need a story that leaves you feeling raw, that punches you in the gut and/or makes you feel for the characters in ways you might have not expected to going into a work of entertainment. ---- That is often why I find the Shin Megami Tensei and Gundam series so interesting, because they don't try to curtail the fact that the characters went through A LOT to get to the ending and that the status quo, at least concerning that set of characters, will never be the same. ---- TL;DR, I know it was rough, but don't regret your efforts. There is worth in doing what you do, and don't let any jerkface and/or jackass tell you otherwise or gaslight you into feeling bad. And as Alex above said, stay safe and healthy, Revo.

2022-01-06 13:17:10 +0000 UTCI gave it a good read & did enjoyed all the artwork you made for it. Bummer to hear about your personal thoughts about this trilogy, & you got the right for feeling this way. Not everyone got the same tastes & that's natural. Still plenty of people enjoyed this trilogy and they must be glad for you wanting a conclusive ending. That's worthy of praise on your part. A more wholesome or general Doujin tale will be a path I fully support you continuing down that path. Those are the best ones to draw up & write about because you will feel more comfortable with them. You truly are progressively improving with elements of your artwork. I'm very glad for you striving for betterment. Because you do draw the best girls with eye candy thickness! May not be an expert with storytelling, but you do leave me impressed with your endless creative thoughts for a story. But I do agree with your point in limiting yourself with multiple projects. The burn out can become a very real thing. A simple pace can do wonders on someone's worth schedule. I will be here completely supporting you for your next Doujin project that you feel more comfort with. Don't worry too much about the struggles in the real world. We all can relate with your troubles & we will gladly be available to aid you in your time of need at anytime. Your Doujin stories are worth the praise and support of the fans. I still look back at them from time to time during the year because your artwork is that amazing. I will be ready for the next Doujin or any artwork project you got cooking up! Stay safe & healthy Revo.
