Build 61 Update released !!!!!!

General:
extended the city a bit to the left
added a construction zone
-2 public toilets (4 animations)
-added new costume (construction)
basement:
added some lights to improve visibility
added 2 more places to place objects
house objects:
added 1 new bdsm object with a girl (1 animation)
added a new tab (decoration)
-7 decoration girls added
performance:
changed the size of some textures, improved the code of the shadow npcs, decreased the size of some city objects and the amount of particles of some objects
Note:
soon I will have ready the option to disable the npcs, it will be a bar that controls the size of the population, so those who want even more npcs than there are now can have it and those who don't want can disable them, I will always take into account that the maximum has a good performance, I am also thinking of adding some more functions to the npcs!
but first, next week will be ready the missing part of the 19th floor!
