Tattoos:
***The system has been completely changed, all tattoos have been reset, sorry :(
Now they will be better placed on the skin and the strange glitches that sometimes appeared (including flickering) will be removed
They will blend in better with dirt, marks, etc
and will work better with dark skin
-They no longer cost anything!
-Changed the UI, now you can select the location more clearly and it has been simplified quite a bit.
-Now you can put any type of tattoo anywhere.
-Added a bar to change the size (up to X2).
-Added a bar to change the rotation.
-Added a color wheel to change the ink.
Now that the system has been changed, the locations may be slightly changed and some new ones may have been added.
***If I forgot to add one that was already there, let me know so I can add it! There are so many places that I may have missed some.
-Added 4 places for the face
***I'm missing some QoL for this new feature

Now the tattoos blend in really well with the skin, and it's easier for me to add more!
I'd like to hear your feedback after you try out the system, whether you think it's better than the previous one or if I need to simplify it further. Any opinions are welcome!
