The winner will received an animated pin-up (one Normal animation, one Deluxe). The runner-up will receive a runner-up short animation.
From now on, for polls open to all patrons, I will post the poll four times (1 for each set of tiers: $1-5, $8-10, $12-15, $16-20) and you simply vote in all the polls you are eligible to vote in. Then, I will tally up (using a spreadsheet) all votes from all the polls. This way, EVERYONE'S higher tier votes will be counted. So let's see how this works out!
