A quick reminder that RE4R will get a big patch later today or tomorrow. To avoid any potential trouble, I suggest having all mods uninstalled before you start downloading the patch.
If you do have mods installed when you install the patch, I suggest doing the following to ensure your game install is clean:
◌ Uninstall all mods
◌ Right-click the game in Steam and click on Properties->Installed Files->Verify file integrity of game files
◌ Once the above is done, go to the mod manager and click on "Re-read game archives"
If you find that many mods don't work after the patch, then those mods are probably not compatible with the latest version and you'll have to wait for mod authors to update their mods. This is most likely to affect gameplay-changing mods rather than cosmetic mods.
