Having trouble getting your reward in game?
1) Head to the game and go to the My Account > Providers page;
2) Connect your Patreon account to the game;
3) Wait for your reward to sync in to the game (can take up to 24 hours);
Do not downgrade or cancel your membership before the reward arrives in game. If you ignore this warning then your reward will not not arrive in game and you will need to request support via the Patreon message system or by email to fix it.
When will I receive my login credentials for my platinum playtesting account?
If you pledged the Platinum tier then you will receive a special login for a playtesting account. These accounts are created manually, we aim to deliver your login details to your Patreon inbox within 72 hours. Can't find your login details? Feel free to mail us at support@galacticmonsterquest.com.

2021-08-30 20:34:34 +0000 UTCPart 4 could be a bit confusing so what it meant by provider is a tab *on the top left corner which says member* there would be four more options provider, newsletter, help etc *right under password there is a option for provider select Patreon after which select next, then select sync* by then all you have to do is to select next and enjoy your credits
