Anomaly Evolution v0.13 tweaks and improvements

I've been reading a lot and it seems there are still some issues with the neurons.
So, I made some changes alongside other ones:
Added proper warnings to the neuron upgrades
Adjusted the arrangement of the currencies to make the sequence of upgrades more obvious
Added more tissue upgrades and adjusted their prices
Evocytes earning from killing Xenocytes now start with 25%, with the first upgrade starting with 50%.
Transcendence is now cheaper now costing 820k evocytes and reduced the cost scaling of transcending.
Removed the damage multiplier from Xenocytes after transcending
Fixed some saving issues
There are other QoL changes and gameplay tweaks.
Please mind that the game has a total of 32 forms for the immortal lizard so I hope you guys reach the final epic form!
