I completed work on a test mod for RE2 on the new engine. To create the mod, I used "Bodyperfection 5" models, so you will not see the difference between the new mod and the 2022 mod. But there is a difference, and quite significant. This mainly concerns technology. The mod can be skipped or tested for errors and compatibility with addons. I will be grateful.
The mod has been completely rebuilt. It has become much simpler and more convenient. The approach to creating materials has changed, now you can create any quantity of them. You can create your own materials. All unnecessary garbage has been removed, as you can see, the size of the mod has been reduced by almost a third. Number of files has decreased by ten times, and have been put in order. Now they are more structured. Physics creation and bone editing are available (I haven't tried this yet, but I'll try it soon.)
All that remains is to figure out the creation of new physics and bones (in RE4 and RE2). Then I'll start working on a new mod for RE4. I’m not announcing a new mod for RE2 yet. Follow the news. I think I'll start from scratch, namely by creating a new body. There is also an idea to add Ashley as a new character in RE2.
Briefly about RE3: - now there are no plans to work on mods for RE3, but its turn will come.
