2.) SPECIAL ORDER #1
Overview:
With an established base, the Revolution in Jernberg Province is officially on. As news of the base spreads, civilian Primes are warming to the PRF—some even joining up. Local Dominion authorities have begun to take the internal threat more seriously though and rural patrols have been stepped up. Requests for assistance from Kongestad have elicited heavier arms for the local security forces as well. After a promising start, some sense the Revolution may fizzle out before it even gets started!
There is some good news however. The just instituted Central Committee has approved your plan to re-ignite the Revolution and Special Order #1 has been approved. The “Spoils of War” Order is now in full effect. You may finally put any adult female Dominion prisoners to use as you see fit.

Objective:
Your force is small but growing, now coalescing around a core of raiding veteran regulars. To encourage much needed recruitment, you must establish a brothel staffed by pretty Dominion captives. To do this, you’ll need to capture these ‘spoils of war’ in raids conducted throughout the province!
