SoW2 Dev Update!
Added 2018-11-12 23:03:44 +0000 UTCOK, so just got off a call w/MiNT on status of next build. First, yes, we're behind schedule due to issues on MiNT's end that were unavoidable. He's committed to making up for lost time and, based on a review of current progress, he's suggesting end of month for next build is realistic and that's what we're pushing for.
That's good because the next build will finally give you a sense of the gameplay. Up to now, the tech backend has been the focus which isn't sexy but essential. The next build will feature the stuff you really want though-- ministers, Priority List and tech tree stuff-- where the fun stuff is revealed. MiNT has about 50% of this completed and will now crank on the rest to get it to you by end of month. I'll be checking in frequently to make sure this happens!
In the meantime, I'll be releasing some sample vids you'll be seeing in-game featuring the lovely GNN correspondent Hannah Claydon. I'm working on them now and I think you'll like what you see. Stay tuned!
