SoW: Deadline missed, Bye MiNT
Added 2019-10-06 18:46:38 +0000 UTCAs you know, the 5th Oct deadline has been missed. Consequently, I've let MiNT know we will have to re-assign the game to a new programmer to take it home. I'm beyond reasonable but at this point, I no longer have faith that MiNT is able to get this done, no matter what he says. This is about as frustrating as it gets.
Given the complexity of the game, I've asked him to assist with the handover. As this has just happened, we don't have a replacement yet but will looking to find someone to get this done urgently.

Y'all know he was fired from numerous other projects for missing deadlines (Seeds of Chaos, Claire's Quest) right?

It is okay to give somebody a second chance, maybe a third or even four chances. But enough is enough. So don´t let it get to you. Given the history of this project, your choice is the right one, in my opinion.
