Spoils of War 2 May 2020 Build for Managers+
Added 2020-06-06 07:53:03 +0000 UTCOK, latest is ready and will begin cascading to fans for Mnagers+.
Next levels will get access over next couple weeks, including Associates (so ALL Patreon fans).
What this build has is:
- Saving and loading system.
- Foreign relations mechanics.
- Added several video clips for arrest and kidnappings of priority targets (not all of them have ofc).
- Added extra clips of Hannah to the Seraglio.
- Many changes and fixes to policies and edicts.

Got a problem. I can save a game, but when I reload it to continue, all my ministers have been changed around. Some are no longer assigned while others are in different posts.
