hello...........also I tried downloading this ink and installing game and it keeps crashing and does not run. My computer has Windows 8.1 running, Is their an issue with running this game on this platform? If this game cant run on windows 8.1, can I get a refund? I windows 8.1 is ok. Can you help me get it working?

I just joined yersterday and I see my credit card was charged but the top of the screen says ................Your payment to FAP Online Creation didn't go through. Retry your payment....................why does it want to charge me twice? I already tried see the a charge for $21.33 on my credit card online statement.
