The main feature of this update is the 3D object import system. You can now import any FBX or OBJ files to create your own objects and environments! This opens up almost infinite possibilities!

Download endless free (or paid) models online that can be imported to the game.
Unreal engine assets (from the Unreal marketplace) can be exported as FBX then imported to Captain Hardcore.
You could build your own objects or environments in Blender, then import them to the game.
You could use it to create accessories for the characters.

Full change list:
NEW: Import any FBX or OBJ 3D mesh! Adjust textures and materials, and build entirely custom environments and objects! There are endless free (and paid) models online that can be imported to the game.
NEW: Demon Horns accessory.
NEW: 4 x Kitty Ears accessories.
IMPROVED: Created a texture cache system for imported textures. It checks and prevents multiple copies of the same texture from being imported, which saves a lot of texture memory if you have multiple of the same mesh or character spawned. The texture cache is emptied whenever a new scene is created or loaded.
NEW: Added a "Clear Texture Cache" button in the graphics settings menu. This will empty the cache and allow texture memory to be freed up by the UE garbage collector. Only use this if you're in a scene and notice parts of the level going low res/blurry.
FIXED: Texture memory leak that was causing some imported textures to be stuck in memory forever.
FIXED: Table 2 collision was sometimes causing a crash.

2024-09-30 02:12:20 +0000 UTCI second that. 1: The dots on the Elbows and knees would add a lot. 2: Lighspheres invisible and collision checkbox also 3: I would wish for greater variety in Skin Textures. A few are really really good. The default one for example and a few other have a lot of nice texture definition like vains, rough skin,... I know 3d a bit but not as good as to build my own texture, bump, and so on from scratch because i dont know how to uv layout them. So if you would just save the "default" skin textures so i can modify them in photoshop or so it would be easier for the average user to "create" his dream texture and variety. 4. one of the most disturbing things in terms of immersivness is that the teeth and the mouth cavity have light shining through...dunno if this is easy to fix or not 5. a whiteroom in addition to the darkroom would be fire :) 6. fluids are not there yet i guess haha :) 7. i dont exactly get the ragdol stuff...maybe there is a how to somewhere :) 8. i am blown away in general about the program. It lets you do so much and most of it works really good. Its crazy i am so positively supprised. Thanks for doing this....i could spend hours on creating characters. Just need to find a way of creating even more high res textures... 9. Uh i forgott...would be cool if you could add the possibility to clone characters just as they are in the scene. 10. would also be nice to have the possibility to take one characters face or whatever and paste it into another... just my thoughts.....maybe it helps....but thanks for doing this...#goat

(make the experience more believable) Arms legs and all appendages accounted for... I also would like the models to talk and have ai. They should be able to act on their own. Grab you etc. I apologize if this isn't the proper forum for these suggestions, keep up the good work!

2024-07-17 21:52:24 +0000 UTCGlad to see more brand new additions to the game. Also, thank you for the Texture memory fix! Are there any plans for adjusting the character insertion properties? Currently, a small model can only be inserted with a small object or similarly small model. Once a character is 25% - 50% larger than the other, insertion no longer works properly.
