November 2025 Summary
Added 2025-12-06 16:18:39 +0000 UTCAnother short (kinda) summary this time.
November was another not-so-productive month again with only three artworks, pretty good ones of course but still.
-First, I made a very belated Halloween themed art with my OCs Zed and Mark, a nice take on a good old pumpkin inflation curse concept.
-Second, a drawing of my new friend which started off as just a little joke but grew into a pretty decent artwork, a good practice at drawing real people again and surprisingly it got loved by many followers some of which even asked for part 2 and obviously I'm very down to do it as well but it depends on whether will my friend agree to be subjected to even more extreme fantasies or not, for now I can't convince him even with all the praise this artwork received.
-And then there was this Lycaon atomic bomb of an artwork with whooping 65 alts, a good compensation for the general lack of content but still it could be finished much faster. It was nice to return to sexy hyping characters again and have lots of fun doing bad things to a handsome good guy. Also it felt like a good progress at drawing softer tone artworks.
Also, I forgot to mention it timely but I made another pack of building sprites for Dawmino's Grabbus game project in a first half of November, pretty much the reason I managed to survive this month without drawing any comms.

Here it is.
And since we're on a pixel art topic, as you probably noticed I finally decided to return to my NES projects and post my assets publicly but it required a lot of extra work because all the materials I made were too unpolished for public posting. It's okay to share raw assets sheets here on Patreon but it feels wrong to post it like this on Twitter or Furaffinity so I had to make a better presentation with some level layout samples similar to what I did with Tricky Dicky Adventures assets. It's mostly nothing special hence why I didn't post it here first, it's pretty much everything you already saw before but I think I'll still share an archive here once I turn all my assets into such samples.
Outside working on art, this month was quite busy for me, mainly because this new friend I drew fat has quite problematic life and since I grew very attached to him I'm trying to be his psychiatrist and offer him as much mental help as I can and lead him towards better life. Such acts of generosity are impossible without sacrifice as I ended up breaking my sleep schedule, now I can't stop going to sleep earlier than 4-5am again and even had my first nosebleed in several years. I had very little time for anything else, fenced myself off from video games, didn't answer a plenty of my other online friends and followers which led to a very big bunch of stockpiled mail plowing through which took me a lot of time as well (and still there's a lot more messages I still need to deal with, including from some of those who're reading this article right now, so I apologize to you), and still despite my efforts I haven't made as much art as I wanted and failed to do any of the three comms I wanted to start in November.
I don't know what to expect from December because time only proves how hard it is to plan anything with my life, right now I have another Lycaon artwork in progress which is gonna be finished in a couple days (hopefully), after this I just have to start new commission and it also would be nice to do at least one Christmas themed personal art before December 25, I'm not feeling like terribly inspired but there's one idea I very much wanted to do.
Another thing I need to mention is that I got some problems with my monitor this week. All of a sudden it showed me a big ugly dark spot in its left corner when I turned on my PC one morning.

Sometimes it looks like this.

Sometimes it looks like this and when it's like this the monitor starts blinking black with 2 second intervals and I don't know how to get rid of it so every time I turn on my PC I'm hoping to see a big spot instead of small just to not deal with that damn blinking, when it happens I have to fuck around for 5-10 minutes turning it on and off until it changes to a big spot without blinking.
It's pretty annoying and I think the whole brightness of my monitor is a bit lower than normal now which is especially bad for me as an artist, if I were an IT worker or anybody else working with just text it would be less of an irritating emergency but now it's more difficult to draw, all I can do is shrink the window and work mainly in a right half of the screen without the spot. From my friend's words, the problem is probably with matrix backlight and the matrix itself is probably okay, I asked repair service about it and they said that's probably it but repairs will be too expensive for my wallet right now. My other friend (the one I drew fat in November) promised to mail me his old monitor he doesn't need, it's more modern and works at higher Hz than mine but its diagonal is few inches smaller but whatever, in my situation it's a godsend gift anyway. Better this than living with this cursed spot or spending a tremendous amount of money on repairs. Anyway, it will take at least one week to deliver his monitor so I'll have to endure this shit for a while, hopefully it won't disrupt my working process too much.
That's it for now. Thank you all for supporting me despite all the troubles with the world economy, expensive Christmas season and me not being really good with my work as always, I hope you'll have good holidays and that I manage to make them even better with my art.
