I noticed Sam's Irish accent from his first appearance but didn't think much of it, the Theatre des Vampires is a pretty mixed bag of people. Why wouldn't he be Irish? But then this episode they're rehearsing a play, in the year 1949, where the characters are waiting for Guido, who will never show up, and I realised - Sam is fucking Samuel Beckett, the famous Irish playwright who lived in Paris. One of his most famous works is Waiting for Godot, which he worked on between 1948 and 1949. His estate is famously picky about letting people stage his work so not sure how they'd feel about the implication of him being a vampire but I personal loved it and think is an amazing detail.

It is now at this point in time somewhere in the mid to late 40's... Is Claudia over 100 Benji? Even close to it? LOL No she is a 40 something fierce woman vampire TRAPPED in the body of a 14 year old girl... I mean by the time she met Charlie even though he was 18-19 she was already a few years older than him mentally... And Rizzo Claudia is not an ancient at this point. Technically she's still a baby vamp by older vampires accounts. 45 years is NOTHING to Immortals. LOL I love to bust people's chops your reactions are always AWESOME but another thing you missed, again Claudia was turned at 14, she was made so small she doesn't carry enough vampire blood in her to turn someone bigger than her. Also, Madeleine is about 27-32 here... The thing with the soldier happened a while back at the beginning of the war so maybe 5-7 years prior. Maybe more. ANOTHER THING lmfao "He didn't notice his journals gone?" I'm sorry "HIS" journals??? They're Claudia's. He had no part in the journals at this point. Why would he notice if they were gone? They're hers. Also LOL The girl who died in the flashback was her sister. In THE BOOKS it's a daughter but here it's her sister. Excellent reaction guys I look forward to the finale!

It makes what he implanted in Daniel to keep going even more meaningful 💜
