This patch brings the “Missed Connections” update to the free edition. Also fixed some bugs and other issues, and finished the final preparations for the Steam release!

Added a new special romance option! This romance can be accessed by all players regardless of if they’re already in another romance, but the context and outcome of the romance will change subtly based on which romances they did go with. This update also adds some new content to the post-game and preps the game for its Steam release this month!
Also included is a new fetish type, new advancement options, new encounter moves, and more!

When you go ask for maid work at the maid academy, there's a chance for you to find a flyer about the fertility clinic. You have to have done maid work a few times. You can save scum for it, if you want, but it's not a super low chance or anything, I think it's like 40% once you meet the conditions.

2025-10-13 07:14:05 +0000 UTCHi, I play the game on Steam and finished the game and went back to sandbox, how do I unlock the fertility clinic? In the game wiki and in-game there's mentions of it being uptown but I can't find it. Is there something I need to do to unlock it?
