You will need the vital preset included for the patcher patch. so make sure to install that.
NOW FOR PLUGIN INFO ON THE PATCH:
1st Cluster Delay: Just automating the time with this. So any free replacement will do.
2nd Cluster Delay: On a 1/8th note delay so also any free replacement will do.
Digitalis: Automating the loss factor here, something free like codec can get a similar effect.
Portal: Shift and Blur preset. Unfortunately it is doing enough things that you're gonna struggle to get a similar result otherwise.
Swirl: Mangling the audio and causing it to morph over time. Any free variant that allows you to do so will work as long as you can play with time, feedback, etc.
Thermal: Is being used as a soft clipper and triangle clipper and automated to be in time with the LFO automation effect. Any free distortion will do as long as you automate the distortion dry/wet knob.
LittleAlterBoy: Being automated to jump up and down 12 semitones in pitch/formant. Any free version will get a similar effect.
