"The eldest of the three sisters, codename Midnight, was an incredibly dangerous anomalously altered human. Among her abilities were psychokinesis, mental projection, and mental suggestion. Victims of her attacks experienced a total loss of control, described feelings of being "trapped" within their own bodies, and intense physical pain. The extent of her abilities was never fully understood before the subject was exterminated.

In the attempt to escape, [redacted] Midnight released her sister, codename Valeria, from her holding cell. Midnight with Valeria's assistance, made their way to the third sister, codename Sunshine. Sunshine, however, exhibited reluctance to follow and [redacted]

Midnight and Valeria managed to breach the surface gates where the overwhelmed on-site security then lost track of them. The Rapid Response Team coordinated by Agents Collier and [redacted] were already en route to the embattled containment site. The subsequent operation to capture both Midnight and Valeria ended with the apparent death of Midnight and capture of Valeria who was then remanded to containment site [redacted]

The incident resulted in several casualties, with many surviving personnel left seriously wounded."
