I love how Leslie is always the one who makes Ron realize that he needs to snap out of it. Ron's mother was played by Paula Pell who was a writer on Saturday Night Live for almost 20 years. This was the first time I ever saw her act, but she's been in a lot of things since. She was also a writer and recurring character on 30 Rock.
