A skinny nerd looks at himself sadly in the mirror.

NERD: Sigh. No matter how much I work out, I just can't build up my muscles!

He reaches for a bottle of Embiggenix supplements and reads the label.

NERD: "Get bigger, bolder, and beautifully built." Well, I'm ready to try anything...

He gulps down one of the supplements and almost immediately he hears a squelchy, meaty sound coming from inside of his body.

NERD: Whoa! I think it's doing something already!

He shudders all over and transforms into a cute, petite, female version of himself, now with perky little pigtails and gold hoop earrings. (Yes, the supplements gave him earrings. Just go with it.)

NERD: Oh, no! I wanted to be a big, strong man, and that stuff turned me into a weak, soft little woman!

He hears a shlooooop sound coming from behind him, and suddenly he grows a plump booty and thick thighs like a girl in a hip-hop video. He groans.

NERD: Great, now I'm stuck as a chick with a great big butt! This just keeps getting worse!

He hears another shlooooop sound, coming from his chest this time, and he grows an impressive set of jiggly, heavy boobs. He gulps and takes a quick peek down the neckline of his tank top.

NERD: Actually... on second thought, maybe this won't be all bad!

Note: I lucked out and found some footage where a cute nerdette was moping about her figure in a way that seemed just right for a post-TF, and then I did a lot of editing of that clip, added the gender change and the expansion stuff and ran the whole thing through an AI to improve the resolution. I hope you guys like this one, because it took forever to do!
