While the other side of this had a technical submission hold from Luong, Rachel simply picks her opponent up like a child and carries her over to the ropes. Using the outside of the ring to tie her opponent up, she uses the ropes as a stair to climb up and simply strangle the life out of her victim.
It doesn't matter what Luong does to fight back. Rachel is just too strong.
