Kasumi, an actual kunoichi, faces absolutely no challenge against the Shinra executive. There was no need to use weapons or lethal force here- her opponent could be subdued easily with simple martial techniques. In a single motion, the blonde found herself flipped entirely upside down, pinned ass up on her shoulders. The ninja had wrapped herself around both of Scarlet's arms, torqueing her shoulders while forcing her to remain in place.
Scarlet would submit quickly.
