Go to your account settings
Go to the 'more' dropdown, and then connected apps
Under discord, link your discord account
refresh your 'creators' discord server access
you should automatically join the server~!

Make sure to check your Discord connection on your Patreon account, and update your connected Discord servers to get access~!

Ah, the problem I have is that my main discord is hooked up to my patreon, not my sexual deviant/rp account discord. That's why it wasn't showing.
