August WIP - flat color
Added 2021-09-01 00:18:15 +0000 UTCjust showing a the base color for everything before I drop lighting and wet effects in the necessary spots :3
I'm never consistent about Ratchet/Rocket's color scheme. I need to make some kinda "this is how Rando do" ref sheet for both of them soon xD
