It seems like posting up on the arms while hooking a foot under their thigh/hip prevents the opponent from getting their knees under them and forces them flat on their belly. Iโll try to find example links, but one in particular is called the โhateful triangle,โ apparently pretty hard to do but killer on the neck and spine ๐ฌ
