Now that you've meet Nicolo consider what I said in your last reaction. It should make sense that maybe Sasha's last words were not meat or 'Niku' in Japanese. In regards to Eren well episode 10 shows how Eren doesn't want to sacrifice any of his friends. This is why he is against them inheriting his Attack Titan+Founding Titan and now Warhammer Titan. It's also why he doesn't want Historia to be used by the military to inherit Zeke's Beast Titan or to be used as breeding stock simply to pass on her royal blood. He cares to much about his friends to shorten their lives or put them in harms way.
