Watched on through norwegian streaming service. Sometimes it runs faster and to make it synced try to set the video to 0.95 speed. If it runs slower, set the video to 1.05 speed. Hope it helps! π
I use a watch along format in order to comply with copyright laws.

It's such a heartwarming message and a beautiful story. Btw, I don't know if you had frosted flakes in Norway but the singer with the deep voice was the original voice of Tony the Tiger :)

2024-12-27 03:19:44 +0000 UTCI find it sad that, for a younger generation, the Jim Carrey movie is what they think of when they hear "Grinch". That movie has pretty much nothing to do with the original Dr. Seuss story. It is completely different in every way -- tone, message, plot. The book that this is based on was short and simple one intended for kids. All it needed was 25 minutes. The Jim Carrey movie padded it with an extra hour and 19 minutes. It's basically "fan fiction" that does what Hollywood does so often these days -- take a very simple story and add complexity in an attempt to explain everything, add a villain, introduce a romantic subplot, give a child a larger role, etc. I know many people like it, but I wish they had written it as a separate story with a separate character rather than hijacking the Dr. Seuss IP.
