No worries. Know that some of the stuff you were suggesting before *is* stuff that's coming somewhat down the line. I just try and avoid talking about things too far down the line because I've learned I'm not great at estimating how far in things are going to happen. But Andy definitely has plans on making a mark within New Eden, and establishing some places where people can feel more comfortable doing what they want to do.

2021-11-22 10:06:06 +0000 UTCSo I feel like the timeline's been pretty clear: 11/9 - the girls make their pitches, 11/10 - Andy announces who he's picked, 11/12 - Andy finds out who's accepted and declined, Emily brings up the interview, 11/13 - Tala, Jade and Whitney arrive, with the interview scheduled for the next day, 11/14. I may have made the day of writing/waiting (11/11) not as clear as I'd like. Maybe I'll consider doing a little revision for it. Our next 2-5 chapters of QT all take place on the 14th. Jade will definitely have a bit of the "gosh shucks" to her from time to time moving forward. In this chapter, she's very much overcompensating, like people do when they feel like they've been scolded, and try their hardest, even if she really isn't swearing all that much. The thing with Tala/Emily and the filming - maybe I didn't make it clear enough, but Emily is going to be framing the camera JUST on Tala's face when she orgasms and goes into imprinting, which is why she's filming it herself and not letting the camerawoman into the room. None of Tala's naked form will be visible, and the camera will literally just show Tala's face, and nothing else. That'll certainly be more clear when we actually come to that moment in a future chapter, but the point was that Tala doesn't want it to be a porn experience - simply a video recording so that people can see what the imprinting process looks like, purely in terms of the face. Tala's a wild ride, but she has no intentions of showing off her entire naked body to everyone. Hell, she doesn't even want the reporters to see it, but showing her face off when the imprinting process happens? That feels like an important thing to document, and Emily has experience working a camera, something that's important when talking about high end video equipment. It's a very private thing, but the idea of reassuring the general public that while the imprinting process is intense, it isn't harmful, that notion is very important to get across to the people across the country. Also, Tala's kink is to be kept in that sweet spot of desperate need, so the idea of being forced to wait longer and longer for Andy? That's going to be her favorite thing. New Eden is, I think, bigger than you may realize, something that'll be made more clear in future chapters, particularly when we get to the actual broadcast of the episode. Suffice to say, there's a "drop zone" where supplies are left and then brought inside the city walls, and where things can be dispatched outwards. But there's lots of places within New Eden that the BBQ joint could deliver to, just using one of the staff of the restaurant driving within the city walls, or even to the base.

I started to get my head wrapped around the timing of everything since the interviews seems to happen a day or so earlier than I thought but 1) I just let it go and enjoyed the story and 2) I'm sure I had a warped sense of the timing of everything anyway since President Pelosi is doing her announcement in a week (or less?) anyway. I might give a month calendar out for October/November 2020 and map out when everythign happens for my own sanity. Moving on...the almost instant switch of Jade going from Kindergarten mode to swearing like a new sailor was a bit fast IMO. And honestly I wouldn't mind a few "golly gee willikers" from time to time from her ... BUT ... I'm not Andy and he definitely has stated that's not him. It just seems like changing a big part of who Jade is in a hour or so seemed a bit fast. Okay ... so the whole Tala thing is a lot to unpack! 1) She WANTS to be filmed for the entire world to see. 2) Emily seems to WANT to be a porn producer 3) I think they both have more kinks then they are letting on. As a minor point who is the BBQ place going to get to actually deliver the meals? And that got me thinking where are they getting the food supplies since delivery trucks are only going in but not out? Yea, I know..."details"... but it's just the thoughts that go through my head. I'm definitely looking forward to the next chapters and the arrival of the rest of the family. OH! One final thing. I do enjoy Tala taking over the pool house for her workspace. Although I would think she would want to be with Andy more often than not due to her kink. But maybe the pool house makes that whole thing work out better for her? IDK Anyway, thank you for conmtinuing the journey for us and I do look forward to catching up with your other works as well.
