[Reminder] Our reward system.

Our team managing Patreon and my social media noticed that recently there has been a lot of comments across all platforms about new patrons that joined during October not getting their rewards yet. It seems there has been a lot of confusion so let me do a reminder, please.
It is specified 3 times on my front page description that our system is to release rewards on the 1st of the next month following your pledge and this is the case every month. Which means October patrons will get their sets on November 1st, in this case.
If you didn't do it already, we strongly suggest you read your creators front page to understand what is their workflow and avoid any confusion of the sort, please. Many creators have a similar system to mine, other creators have a different system so please make sure you read before you pledge, that will save everyone troubles.
Lastly, my staff answers hundreds of your messages two to three times a week. It is their job to HELP YOU if you have any question or past set request. So please please please message us first if you have a question about rewards, we are here for that! Commenting such things on social media really is not cool because for people who don't know me, it implies I lied about sending rewards as soon as you pledge and didn't do it, which is not the case. So please message us if you have any question, thank you.
Creating content of the highest quality I possibly can in the biggest quantity I possiby can is my full time job. I have all the reasons in the world to be serious about my Patreon page and caring towards my patrons that supports me and help me get this far and which I'm so grateful to.
