As previous teased, it only feels most appropriate to make the first post on here to be about my planned Breakout project.
Admittedly, it had only made short progress since I announced it previously, and that would be due to a variety of factors, one being my collaboration with Cakeinferno and his encounter project taking my immediate attention. But now I aim to push this forward as my current drive, alongside my work with Cake. He has certainly been a big help with his own experience on similar projects!
Breakout follows a park ranger bunny, Fatescanner, as he makes his way along the perimeter fence of the tyrannosaur enclosure. There's a nasty storm blowing in, and he's been tasked to check up on a fussy electrical box. Certainly just a routine procedure, no danger lurking in the shadows beyond that ominous fence!
The plot's thought out at this point, and only needs to be expanded upon into a decent script to solidify it before I can begin the blocking phase of the animation. The environment also needs to be refined just a bit, as it still features bits of the design phase, but that should be doable within a months or so time. I will be trying to implement a rain particle effect, which will be a bit of new territory for me to mess around with to get working, but if it all goes well, ill be able to create a very good atmosphere for this one!
